YOU have to:

1. Review business processes, systems and workflows across functions and identify opportunities for improving business performance;
2. Propose practical solutions to improve the business processes;
3. Work closely with cross functional heads to ensure their buy-in and smooth implementation;
4. Lead and coach different improvement projects with proper monitoring and measuring methods;
5. Establish regular monitoring system to track operational excellence and achievement of company goals.

YOU need to possess:

1. Degree holder, preferably in Business, Process Engineering, and relevant qualification;
2. Preferred Lean Expert certification, ideally with Lean Six-sigma black-belt  and PMP;
3. At least 5 years of experience in Operations or Business Consultant, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Workflow improvement;
4. Strong in using different methodology (e.g. Lean Process, Six Sigma, Value Stream, TQM, etc.) to review business processes and propose enhancement solutions;
5. Highly motivated team player and fast-learner;
6. Can work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision;
7. Excellent communication and influencing skills;
8. Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.
