Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Q.C. Manager in developing the Quality Control systems and processes in line with Hong Kong GMP and PIC/S standard
• Handle routine quality management work including preparation of SOP, follow up of deviation, risk assessment and change control
• Preparation of GMP documents
• Conduct product testing, equipment calibration and maintenance activities according to approved schedule
• Carry out sampling duties
• Assist in testing method development and implementation
• Assist in validation activities
• Ad hoc projects will be assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Studies or related discipline
• Familiar with GMP environment and microbiological testing is an advantage
• Attention to details, self-motivated, flexibility in working, interacting and communicating with diverse individuals/groups
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a definite advantage, candidates with more experiences will be considered as QC Officer
