Reporting to the Manager – Human Capital Development, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions, includes but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Assist in global HR and ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Provide administrative support to the department

 The successful candidate will:

• Be a Degree holder in business related discipline
• Have at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably with experience in training
• Be presentable, outspoken with good interpersonal communication skills
• Be a good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and good numeric sense
• Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

*Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
