We are looking for an Account Manager to join Geometry Global.

 Responsibilities:

• Exhibits intimate product, client, industry knowledge and makes it their business to know all aspects of the competitive activity
• Understands how to influence consumer behavior and the challenges facing Client’s business.
• Goes to lengths to gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the brand and the motivations/behavior patterns of consumers in the marketplace
• Works with Account Director and Director of Strategic Insight to develop inspirational briefs and briefings for creatives
• Keeps Client involved in the development process to build their confidence and enable them to buy braver ideas.
• Ensures all members of the team are regularly appraised of the status of all ongoing projects to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget
• Act as the communication channel between the Agency and expert partners to ensure a smooth integration of all elements within the mix.
• Responsible for ensuring that all estimates and quotes are presented and approved by Client expediently and that no work commences without this approval.
• Motivate other members of the project team during difficult times, absorbing their anxieties and keep the project moving forward
• Has good eye for detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all materials that leave the Agency

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent, with major in Marketing, Commerce or Communications
• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience in agency or client side, preferably with experience in Travel Retail, Tobacco and Liquors.
• Possess a great marketing/advertising sense with sound negotiation skills
• Ability to manage several projects at once and with keen attention to details and process
• Strong strategic and analytical skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be able to work autonomously and also part of a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Account Executive.
