Key responsibilities:   

• Devise and execute strategic plan for the overall sales and marketing of consumer electronic  products in the world (esp. in the US), including e-commerce, direct selling, O2O, ODM and OBM etc
• Increase worldwide outbound sales through new business and products development, new distributors and new markets exploring worldwide
• Do marketing research (including the competitors) or keep alert the market trends and information affecting our business,, advise CEO in the future development
• Build and lead team members in achieving the sales goals
• Develop and maintain relationship with big box sales channels, and other channels and manage key accounts.
• Driving sales of wellness products, such as aroma diffuser, essential oils.
• Work closely with internal R&D for launching new products
• Regular reports on the progress of sales and market development are a must.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in BA , Marketing discipline or equivalent
• More than 5 years managerial experience in overseas sales and marketing (US & EU)
• Strong international sales experience in a trading industry, experience with health & wellness industry would be great advantage.
• Proven ability to source new business and meet / exceed sales targets
• Experience in e-marketing and O2O is preferable
• Knowledge related to finance and shipping is advantage
• Strong management and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently, driving own results
• Well organized and able to schedule travel and sales activity efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context
• Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills in English. Additional foreign languages would be great advantage.
