Responsibilities

• Assist sales executive in maximizing revenue and distribution.
• Will assist in contract creation with business affairs and admin support for Sales executives.
• Candidate will be required to issue contracts and invoices to clients
• Arrange and schedule appointments
• General admin work including compiling expense reports, updating client databases and travel arrangements
• Liaise with overseas offices for finance, legal and other departments
• Organize trade fair stand arrangements
• Assist in compiling sales reports, availability checks, ordering screeners, and presentation materials
• Conduct sales and marketing research and analysis
• Requires overseas travel
• Any other duties as requested by the management.

Requirements:

• 1 or more years of experience in television media or have a keen interest in television and the media.
• Excellent at Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and other media related programs.
• Detail oriented is essential.
• Must be very organized.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and fluent in Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and hard working.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Methodical and logical in dealing with heavy workloads.
• Some overseas travel may be required.
