Job Description

• To lead a team (sourcing & merchandising) in Dongguan office, from the process of product sourcing including supplier identification, quotation, cost negotiation, product development, order follow-up until shipment completed
• Close liaison with primary vendors, the buyers & management level in China, Hong Kong & French office.
• Monitor and report any potential frauds that may have collision over the production period.
• Manage the operation of sourcing & merchandising teams to maximize work efficiency and business results
• Station in Dongguan office (hostel provided in Dongguan) for 5 days a week, and frequent travel to vendors factory or exhibition in mainland China is required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 5 years solid merchandising experience on sundries, electronic products or home electrical appliance & at least 3 years in managerial / supervisory level
• Capable in dealing with oversea buyers and China factories and enjoy high pace working atmosphere.
• Solid material & technical knowledge on electrical products and good understand of production process
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Fluency in spoken Putonghua & Cantonese
• Good command in French is an advantage
• Excellent communication, planning, analytical and leadership skills
• Strong management & leadership skills in communication, coordination and overall controlling of ordering progress
• Responsible, strong planning, organizational and presentation skills with analytical and innovative mind
• Available immediately is highly preferred
