Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional team of Regulatory Compliance (AML) Consultants to engage Private Banking, Investment Banking and Wealth Management clients on their needs and issues through a mixture of interviews and workshops
• Lead process to translate user requirements across into well thought out solutions
• Manage several mid-sized Change the Bank projects through full project lifecycle, taking responsibility on quality and budget of the deliverables
• Become the first point of contact for clients looking to engage Regulatory & Compliance projects
• Help to build team by playing a key role in recruitment and mentoring of new consultants
• Business Development:- Engage current and new clients to win projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Computing, Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• At least 6+ years of experience working on Change the Bank regulatory and compliance projects such as AML, KYC across banking domains (solid exposure to Private Banking is a bonus)
• Solid understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in specialised/boutique/Big 4 consulting firms
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
