Qualifications & Requirements:

1,University graduation in finance, international trade.

2,Relevant working experience in financial field.

3,Good spoken and written English; fluent spoken in Mandarin and Cantonese; Proficiency in office software.

4, Proficient in banking finance business, familiar with the trade finance process, familiar with Guarantee Letter and other financing instruments. 

5. Prepared and check legal and collateral documentation, bonded requisite loan documents.

6, With a strong ability to independently develop the market. 

7, With good organization, management, communication and coordination capacity, strong social skills.

8, Candidate with richknowledge and work experience of petroleum chemical industry may have priority consideration.

Work content:

1, Responsible for loans and funding schemes. 

2, Responsible for banking operations of various documents related businesses. 

3, Participate in the negotiations with the banks, contract review and signing.

4, Maintaining relationships with major banks, to build a good platform of finance.

5,Improve the banking business process.

6, Implement the tasks assigned by the company.

7, Provide a reference for the company's decision.

主要職責：

1. 負責公司融資市場的開拓。
2. 公司融資方案設計、銀行金融產品詢價及優化業務操作流程;
3.  負責處理公司與融資、貸款相關的各種外部事宜；
4. 負責各種融資方式的分析、探討、操作、實施;
5. 編制和檢查法律和抵押文件，抵押必要的貸款文件
6. 協助開展新業務的行業研究，投資並購項目的可行性論證，並購交易落地等工作。
7. 執行公司所指派的工作任務, 為公司的決策提供參考。

聘用資格：

1. 工商管理、財務、金融、經濟等相關專業學位以上學歷；
2. 工作經驗1-2年。熟悉銀行金融產品、從事過企業融資工作者優先。
3. 具有中港文化背景，有內地與香港工作經驗；
4. 具備和銀行及大客戶溝通的能力和技巧，有良好的組織管理和協調能力，很強的社交能力，富於開拓創新精神。
5. 熟練英語聽說寫、流利的普通話、廣東話，熟練操作各種辦公軟件, 文字功底紮實，表達能力強，熟練掌握資訊化辦公技能。
6. 具備和國內外客戶溝通的能力和技巧，有良好的組織管理和協調能力，很強的社交能力和應變能力，具有良好的服務意識。
