This role focuses on two areas: Product Management and Product Development for our global markets.  The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Office and the primary location of the role could be in Beijing or Hong Kong.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement financial products from initial research, obtain product approvals to launch
• Work closely with CEO and CFO on formulating long term vision for the company’s investment product lineup with particular focus on HK, China and UK.
• Develop and implement product strategies for local and global levels.
• Research and determine product demands and competitive industry trend. Analyze the market and competitor’s analysis.
• Analyze and interpret data by using investment expertise and to drive key insights.
• Maintain awareness of product development initiatives within the industry, and help communicate within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Identify control issues and process weaknesses, and propose resolution and enhancements.
• Act as a subject matter expert of the Group on all aspects of the financial product design and management.
• Provide investment-related technical support to marketing activities/initiatives in order to improve existing products.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant financial product design, development and IBD experiences.
• University degree in Finance or related disciplines, MBA or Ivy League graduates preferred.
  Knowledge of derivatives (future, options or warrant) and other financial products.
• Trading experiences is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Asia Pacific Financial Product trend
• Project management skills with a strong understanding of various functional roles within asset management;
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Detail oriented self-starter who works well under pressure.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English (including Putonghua).
• Putonghua speaking is a must.
• A passion for technology and start- up.
