We are looking for :

• Diploma holder or above, with minimum 2 years working experience; 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST;
• Good communication skills and organization abilities;
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated;
• Good in Microsoft Outlook & Excel;
• Knowledge of garment trims/accessories such as paper hangtags, printed labels, woven labels and hangers is an advantage but not necessary;
• Immediate available

Your Missions:

• Monitor and follow up the daily on-line orders from our customers;
• Maintain good quality communication with customers and provide proper tools and solutions to resolve customer needs;
• Closely work with our Finance, Production and Logistic Departments;
• Assist and coordinate with satellite print shops on daily routine; 
• Assist team head on PO Management & Stock Management;
• Reporting and recommendations on customer relationship management

*Candidate with more relevant experience can be considered as Merchandiser*
