Responsibilities:

• To perform valuation, advisory services assignments and prepare valuation reports
• To carry out site inspections
• To maintain excellent relationships with clients, develop new business opportunities and marketing strategies
• To assist directors to develop and manage a team of valuers and administrative staff
• Able to travel China and overseas frequently

Requirements:

• MHKIS / ARICS / AAPI is an advantage
• Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree holder in Surveying/ Real Estate or related studies
• 2 years or above experience related to property valuation.  Working experience in PRC market is an advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines independently
• Good team player and work independently
• Proficient in PC application including MS Office, Excel
