Job Description

  • Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operation of parking activities and ensuring the carpark facilities and system are in good working order
  • Duties will include supervising carpark staff, monitoring contractors’ performance, preparing carpark income reports and insurance claims documents, updating the data for access right, handling inquiries/complaints, follow-up accounts outstanding, etc
  • Form 5 or above with at least 3 years’ experience in carpark management
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
