Your responsibilities & duties:

- Having an understanding of all aspects of the hairdressing industry
- Performing professional and high-quality haircuts and styling
- Consulting customers about styling and hair products
- Listening to clients, understanding their needs
- Analyzing and giving professional advice & the best recommendations
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience

Your technical & soft skills for the role:

- A minimum of 5-year previous Stylist experience
- Strong expertise in haircuts, up style, makeover, transformation
- Experience in hair treatments (highlight, colour, perm, straightening) would be a plus
- Able to build and establish good customer relationships
- Strong team spirit and cheerful Punctual, dynamic, energetic, nice presentation
- Fluent in English and/or Cantonese
- Healthy life style philosophy
