Sales Administration Assistant

Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above, with 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in trading firm is an advantegous.
• Responsible for handling office administration works, typing quotation, sales order, PO, invoice and any ad hoc assignments when required.
• Self-motivated, reliability, work independently and good communication skills.
• Proficient in computer operations (MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is a MUST.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm / Sat: 9:00am to 12:00noon (Alternative Sat. off)
