 To be our Customer Service Officer / Assistant, your job duties are…

• Assisting new and existing clients with administrative tasks
• Following up customers enquiries
  
• Retaining and enhance customer relationship
• Managing reception and meeting room bookings
• Managing center facilities and equipment to meet clients’ satisfaction

To provide a high quality service, we’re desire you have...

• Association Degree / High Diploma in Business Related Field
• Experience in fields of Customer Service, Hotel & Beverage industry would be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
• Basic customer service skills, claim in high pressure and continually changing situation
• Ability to plan and prioritize work, and multi-tasking
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Basic knowledge of PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Chinese and English typing
