Responsibilities:

• Keep close contact with our key customers and explore the opportunity of upselling
• Providing sales and administrative support involving customer agreements, monthly report and billing
• Handling inbound & outbound calls
• Preparing quotation, sales order and job requisition
• Coordinating and liaising with all other department members
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales
• Able to operate in different work conditions such as on customer site

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Sales/Marketing discipline or equivalent
• 3 years sales coordinator experience
• Proficient in MS office applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Self motivated with problem solving skills and excellent customer services
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
