Requirements:

• University Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in public transport industry
• Pleasant and presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, mature and independent, able to work under pressure
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office application

Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries, opinions, requests and complaints (telephone, correspondence and email) in a professional and timely manner independently to achieve service excellence
• Work closely with internal departments in handling customers’ enquiries or complaints
• Assist to formulate and implement customer service policies and procedures for building and maintaining effective customer relationships
• Prepare monthly reports to management
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned by manager
