Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Merchandising Manager;
• Proactively source new brands to develop and maintain market position;
• Assemble and execute plans for seasonal brand assortment and OTB expenditures in order to meet the company's business objectives;
• Regularly conduct market research, attend overseas trade fairs and consistently strive to buy better in order to upgrade responsible merchandise assortment and department’s sales performance;
• Monitor sales performance closely and perform business analysis in order to develop appropriate action plans in order to achieve financial targets set by the Company;
• Work closely with operations, visual merchandising team and other counterparts to maximize sales performance of responsible category.

Requirements:

• Degree holder;
• Minimum 3 years of independent retail buying experience in high-end Ladies Ready-To-Wear;
• Strong commercial sense and passion for fashion are essential;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Excellent negotiation and numerical skills.
