Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations team on daily order processing and delivery arrangement
• Handle customer email inquiries, ensure queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved
• Liaise and co-ordinate with both internal and external parties
• Provide administrative and clerical support

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, fresh graduate applicant are also welcome
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Independent, self-initiated and well-organized
• Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
