Responsibilities: 

• Assist Warehouse Manager in planning and allocation of manpower in relating to preset service level and processes

• Monitor and organize routine warehouse operations primarily in product receiving and order fulfillments

• Act as primary contact point with brands regarding daily operation issues such as order and delivery statuses, ad hoc requests and project assignments

• Responsible for stock handling of transactions, posting in system (e.g. goods receipt, stock transfer, adjustment, reconciliation) and documentation flow

• Support the building and maintenance of warehouse including infrastructure, hardware and equipment

• Coordinate assigned projects to improve efficiency and promote teamwork

   Requirements :

• Higher Diploma and above

• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in warehouse operations / logistics field

• Customer focused with quick respond attitude and respect deadlines

• Responsible, organized, logical mindset and cheerful

• Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in SAP is preferred

• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese is required

• Immediate availability preferred
