• Act as the team leader in responsible for leasing Fuel Oil Tankers; develop and implement leasing strategies to improve operational and cost efficiency.
• As a master negotiator and optimizer, play a pivotal role arranging for vessel charters to carry fuel oil around the world and providing vessel and port clearances for voyages carrying company cargo.
• Develop new business relationship with target tenants; negotiate the terms of Leasing Agreement in maximizing profit, and play important role of risk control.
• Coordinate with tanker owners, tenants and other external parties to ensure day-to-day global operations are effected in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise and maintain excellent relations with different parties, to ensure performance and level of services to meet with Company’s standard.
• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder in Marine Studies / Shipping and Post-fixture operations / Logistics / Oil Supply & Sales Chain Management or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experiences, in which at least 2 years’ in managerial level, preferably with tanker experience.
3. Solid knowledge on port operation is a definite asset.   
4. Strong market sense and proactive attitude, with excellent interpersonal skill and sound analytical mind.
5. Effective and persuasive communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
8. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Department Manager.
