Responsibilities

• Follow up sales orders and handle customer’s enquiries
• Prepare sales document and arrange delivery
• Coordination with customers and vendors
• Handle general clerk work including data entry and filing

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 1-2 years related experience
• Fluent in Cantonese and good communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office such as Word and Excel
• Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage
• Responsible, outgoing, self-motivation and can work independently
