Job Description

 Location: Sheung Wan

 Roles and responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technology partner collaborating with different levels of executives over the development of information technology strategies and identifying eSolutions in modernizing the human resources functions ;
  • assist in planning, development and implementation of staff training and welfare related information systems/social media platforms to achieve corporate objectives and meet operational needs;
  • organize staff welfare activities and training programmes, and oversee e-learning platforms by sourcing and liaising with service providers, developing new activities/courses and managing pre/post-event administration;
  • coordinate and liaise with internal/external IT teams on system development, data administration and report generation; and
  • provide general administrative support including management of departmental business and supervision of staff.

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources Management/Information Systems or related disciplines;
  • proficiency in English and Chinese, and preferably Putonghua;
  • grade D or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
  • knowledgeable in word-processing, database management, graphic editing, social media platform and other software applications; and
  • preferably with hands-on experience in organizing staff events, developing and operating learning management systems.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience.  The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.  The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
