Position 1: Executive Secretary

Job Description

• Provide full secretarial assistance and administrative support to top management
• Manage information flow and ensure the communication with external and internal parties in an efficient way
• Assist in business activities, research, project assigned with professional manner and judgement
• Prepare professional and confidential business correspondences, reports, minutes and other documents 
• Participate in any ad-hoc assigned by company director

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder or with Secretarial Training 
• At least 5 years relevant experience serving the management team 
• Strong communication skills and highly proficient in both English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work under pressure and tight schedule, self-motivated and high efficiency with multi-tasking
• Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Position 2: Senior Accountant

Job Description

• Work independently in routine accounting operation and full set of accounts including AP, AR , banking reconciliations, journal entry to Accounting System
• Be the key contact for all payment and banking issues to ensure transaction are proceeded accurately and on-time
• Responsible for month-end closing and monthly financial statement
• Assist in annual audit, tax computation and annual budget

Job Requirements 

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
• LCCI higher or equivalent qualifications
• 3 years or above experience in handling full set of accounts independently
• Experience in auditing will be a definite advantage
• Cautious, accurate, detail-minded, systematic, good team player and good record keeper

  Position 3: Key Account Manager 

 Job Description

• Mainly responsible for the sales and administrative support to the Key Account Director
• Formulating and implementing sales and marketing plans for key accounts customers (supermarket chains, convenience stores, etc.)
• Prepare sales analysis and reports regularly to senior management
• Build and maintain a good relationships with assigned key accounts 

 Job Requirements

• Tertiary education with good command of English & Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 3 years or above field sales  /  wholesale distribution experience in Key account will be a definite advantage
• Familiar with key account's operation in terms of the merchandising process is a plus
• Presentable with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Position 4: Sales Manager (General Trade)

 Job Description

• Mainly responsible for the sales to pharmaceutical channels (pharmacy chains and drug stores, etc.)
• Develop a customer base and maintain good relationships with assigned channels
• Work independently in customer ordering, sales plan and promotion execution
• Regular customer and market visit, collect timely competitive market intelligence for business planning

   Job Requirements

• Tertiary education with good command of English & Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 3 years or above field sales  /  wholesale distribution experience in pharmacy market will be a definite advantage
• Knowledge of pharmacy management systems is a plus
• Presentable with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
