Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor the daily operations procedures of call centre unit teams over 20 cities in Southern & Eastern China region to ensure a smooth and effective work-flow so as to achieve the business result
- Involve the team management with size over 500 staff in the view of continuous improvement in workforce of each functional departments in the region
- Carry out sales admin / cost / budget control measures and other feasible plans to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the region branches.
- Implement and enhance quantitative plans and operating standards and resource deployment in order to achieve efficiency
- Overseeing and controlling other management ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder with min 5 years managerial experience in operation control / workflow design & audit
- Strong planning, leadership and staff management skill
- Familiar with operations management in PRC business environment will be an advantage
- Good report writing skills, strong numerical sense, experience in data analysis preferred
- Good communication with fluent in Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Occasional travel is required
