Corporate Communication Executive

 Job Description:

• Develop and execute corporate communications plan that is aligned with corporate strategy to facilitate effective internal and external communication
• Maintain good relationship with the media and stakeholder, monitor media coverage and response and handle media and stakeholder enquiries and complaints
• Prepare communications materials e.g. press release, media Q&A, corporate publications, audio visual materials, corporate literature and brochure
• Formulation, refinement and implementation of procedures
• Develop and update content for website etc;
• Handle issue management and crisis management

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications/ Public Relations / English
• Over 10 years hands-on experience in corporate communications, preferably in transport industry
• Good presentation skills with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good organizational skills and ability to take up projects independently
• Good customer services and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with external stakeholders and internal departments
• Mature, patient, proactive, detail-oriented, circumspection and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
