Job Description

Reports to Assistant Accounting Officer, the incumbent will assist the Finance Department in day to day operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  1.      Assist the Finance Department in processing donation responses
  2.      Handle incoming mailing, data entry, proof-reading and filing
  3.      Provide general administration and accounting support
  4.      Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Accounting Officer

Requirements:

  • At least Form 5 or equivalent
  • Some experience in data entry, general administration or accounting support is preferred
  • Computer savvy and knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications
  • Flexible with team spirit
  • Hard working, patient and able to work under pressure
