Responsibilities: 

• Possess strong knowledge of accounting & finance, leading the finance team in fund accounting and fund administration, while helping with financial monitoring and general bookkeeping.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
• Assisting in the distribution of quarterly investor reports, and attending to investor queries and requests.
• Coordination with auditors on statutory audit.
• Familiar with calculations for capital draw downs, distributions, and carried interest, as well as running waterfall and rebalancing models.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines with CPA or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a private equity fund / Big 4 background, preferably with exposure to real estate industry.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and numerical skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, co-ordinator. Comfortable with working in a small office environment.  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
