Practice Head / Principal Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

The role:

• Base in Hong Kong office, manage Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region recruitment assignment.
• You will be acting as a 360 Consultant, full cycle from client management, business development, candidate sourcing, to candidate assessment report.
• You will work on diversified job assignments from mid-management to senior management roles in the specific industry.
• Build up your own knowledge throughout e-platform, internal database, cold-calling, talent mapping, headhunting and referral networks.
• Matching the right candidates to the right organization at the right time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in the Recruitment industry with proven track records.
• Previous experience in Property Construction, Pharmaceutical, Information Technology, Luxury Retail, or Finance desk are welcome, but not necessary.
• Able to build the sector independently and expand the team.
• Less experience will be considered as Recruitment Consultant.
• You should be aggressive, self-initiative, result-driven, customer-oriented and with the hunger to succeed.
• High Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
