The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for a wide range of human resources (HR) management services of assigned portfolio covering Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia in areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits with payroll and system administration, performance management and employee engagement.
• Work closely with line managers to provide advisory service on HR management services including but not limited to those mentioned above.
• Prepare HR reports, organization charts and market salary benchmark data; and handle HR data to government bodies and external parties for legal and audit purposes etc.
• Participate in and work with the HR team on various HR projects and global strategies for delivery at regional level.
• Assist in the support to line and staff during business transformation to adapt to people management changes and to promote positive attitude towards changes.
• Assist to review and update related HR handbook and policies.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

The successful candidate should possess:

• University degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline with 5-6 years of solid Human Resources generalist experience.
• Experience gained from multinational companies with exposure in Information Technology or financial sector would be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll and benefit administration.
• Practical experience in regional support and HRIS system is highly preferred.
• Well versed in Hong Kong employment law; knowledge in Singapore and Indonesia Labour Ordinance a plus.
• A good team player, detail-minded, able to work independently with self-motivation and strong sense of commitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
