Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for Finance Department including documents filing, data entry, reports preparation and etc.
• Assist in handling legal documents
• Assist in the application and monitoring various types of licenses for daily operations
• Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings, travel itineraries and other administrative matters
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 3 years’ administrative or secretarial working experience
• Mature and with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to handle multi tasks, work independently, detail-minded and well organized
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both spoken & written English & Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
• Working experience in legal or CPA firm is preferable and knowledge in company secretary is an advantage
