Our client, an international bank, is looking for high caliber candidate for the position.

Responsibilities

- Support all the administration and record updates of Enhanced Competence Framework

   Policy to ensure the Relevant Practitioners (RP) in the bank can meet the benchmark

   set by HKMA

- Maintain a record of all RPs to keep track of the exam/study status and remind RPs of

   the exam/study schedule

- Register training/exam for RPs and liaise with course/exam provider

- Verify information on any application of certification/renewal of certification

- Liaise with PWMA or other institutions on matters related to ECF

- Check certification/exam results of all RPs and keep proper documentation

- Complete any survey/provide information requested by PWMA

- Support the development of ECF for any upcoming new programs

- Provide on-site support for training organized (logistics arrangements, room and IT set-up,

   greet the trainers, attendance tracking, etc)

- Update training attendance and management of LMS

- Maintain a record of CPT/OPT hours completed by front office staff

- Prepare training reports

- Liaise with finance and staff to arrange vendor payment

- Any ad-hoc duties

Requirement

- Degree holder

- 2 years training experience (preferably in L & D)

- Good interpersonal and communications with internally and externally

- A good team player

- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is preferred

- Good command of MS application
