Role and responsibilities

•         Perform full cycle recruitment: include talent sourcing, screening, interview & selection, offer delivery, background check, and on-boarding arrangements.
•         Source suitable candidates and expand candidate pool by advertising through various local and overseas channels.
•         Development and execution of hiring plan which includes but not limited to carrying out recruitment events, cold-calling, active and continuous participation of networking events, etc.
•         Maintenance of employee database to ensure that the details and information are correct and up-to-date
•         Keep track and analyze the cost-benefit ratio of recruitment activities. 

Requirements

•         Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience
•         Candidates with experience in real estate recruitment is highly preferred
•         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•         Good interpersonal and communication skills
•         Independent and outgoing personality
