Job Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the graduate training program for trainees leading to professional qualifications
• Administer the company learning management system and maintain contents of the company training resources
• Assist to organize in-house training activities according to formulated training plan
• Prepare training materials for online training courses
• Support learning and development team to perform ad hoc project as necessary
• Participate and support the implementation of major learning & development and HR programs

 Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• 2 years' relevant experience in administrative and training role
• Team player with good presentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Training Administrator
