Responsibilities:

• Seek business opportunities and preform project execution
• Responsible for investment project development, research ,evaluation, negotiation, etc
• Keep in constant contact within law firm, accounting firm and IBD
• Provide strategic and other relevant advice to portfolio accompanies

Requirements:

• Master degree or above from top-tier university, preferably in engineering or related disciplines
• 3 plus years of working experience in investment group of well-known global company
• At lease 3-5 year experience in M&A with large enterprises, understand the operations process of the capital
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
