Responsibilities:

• Focus on monthly management report, financial analysis and month end report in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare monthly sales analysis reports according to management requirements
• Manage financial data from ERP system including data validation, data crunching etc.
• Participate in financial system implementation and enhancement projects
• Support yearly budget preparation and sales forecasting
• Deal with external auditor for interim and year-end audit
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in finance or accounting or related subjects. 5-year related experience preferable in trading industry;
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and independent, with sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese word processing. Strong Excel skills is a must;
• Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is also required;
• Overtime is required during month-end closing.
