Location:                    Hong Kong 

Responsibilities:  

• Provide quality support to Relationship Managers proactively in preparation and follow-up of Client Acceptance / Credit Proposal and related reviews
• Maintain KYC / Credit records timely in an organised manner with accurate and complete updates in relevant systems in compliance with the bank’s policy and guidelines
• Handle enquiries of client service matters and ensure that information requested from Head Office is followed up timely and appropriately
• Perform proactive review to identify attention areas in KYC / Credit and contribute constructive ideas for work improvement and team achievement
• Assist in compiling KYC / Credit related statistics report for analysis / tracking / management review
• Provide administrative support including meeting set-up, business travel arrangement, expense claims
• Perform ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by line manager

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• At least 5 years of hands-on and relevant experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking and Client on-boarding / KYC. Additional work experience in credit support is a plus.
• Good knowledge of commercial banking products and/or services
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Team player with strong intercultural sensitivity
• Good numeric, problem solving skills and organising skills
• Responsible, proactive and result driven
• Enthusiasm for work and ability to perform under time pressure / changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
