Our client is a growing European Private Bank who offers wealth management solutions to HNW/UHNW clients worldwide. They are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead their regional team in Asia.  

The Role

• Reporting to Asia Chief Executive Officer
• Overseeing all technology related matters for the region
• Managing the regional team and make sure smooth communication and coordination between the regional office and the Head office
• Maintaining all the technology infrastructure/network/data, system applications, market data, desktop facilities and support
• Maintaining the IT policies, procedures, and ensure proper control/ risk management, BCM, and system/ data security are in place and in compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing the systems which support end users in the productive use of IT infrastructure and services
• Developing and implementing user-training programs
• Supporting local and global projects

The Successful Applicant

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT with years in managerial position
• Extensive IT experience within the Banking industry
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline. MBA, EMBA is desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skill.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
