Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking or finance industry
• Knowledge in processing secured/unsecured loans
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Well organized and detail-minded

Requirements

• Handle loan applications, processing and credit checking

• Conduct research and evaluation on collaterals
• Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents
• Maintain repayment records and prepare relevant information as good references
• Review loan operation procedures and streamlining workflow
• Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up with customer’s loan application till drawdown
• Prepare regular reports for statistical and strategic planning purpose
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Loan Officer.
