Responsibilities:

• Assist in treasury products P&L valuation relating treasury activities, perform daily banking book P&L, backup trading book P&L, month end journal posting & reconciliation to GL
• Perform the investigations and explanation on the related P&L discrepancies
• Prepare investment accounting schedules & regulatory disclosures of the Bank's securities investments, interest rate swaps and foreign exchange forward contracts
• Assist in handling hedge accounting, update procedural manual & relevant accounting policies related to investments
• Participle in continuous spreadsheet enhancement, related system upgrade & conversion
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in treasury accounting reporting or product control gained from banking industry or Big 4 audit firms
• Solid knowledge in accounting & basic product knowledge on bonds, FX swaps, loans and deposits
• Good Excel spreadsheet skills, familiar with Excel VBA, SQL & trading front & back office system
