Responsibilities:

• Prepare the interpretation note and proposition of the newly promulgated or released rules and regulations in relation to the cross-border banking business on timely basis
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the product program
• Maintain an updated market intelligence system
• Devise the cross-border banking product and service solutions

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in handling corporate and cross-border loan transaction
• Good knowledge of corporate banking, treasury products, trade, etc.
• Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements in HK and China mainland, particularly the rules and regulations promulgated by PBOC, SAFE, HKMA, SFC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
