Responsibilities:

• Direct contribution to company's operational control framework on Fixed Income Products Provide investment ideas on various fixed income instruments 
• Work closely with middle/back office to ensure operation efficiency 
• Responsible for Fixed Income recommendation lists elaboration and product due diligence 
• Ensure that all product documentation & presentation is compliant with internal guidelines and selling process 
• Lead and coordinate with other departments on new products projects and related committee meetings 
• Attend sales's inquiries and prepare for fixed income products solutions at sales's request that meet clients' investment objective and risk preference 
• Prepare in house weekly market commentary and presentations 
• Provide training to internal sales team on Fixed Income Product 
• Ensure the team to deliver an efficient dealing service on fixed income products, mainly cash bonds and coordinate with middle/ back office on client onboard and settlement issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 5-7 years' experience in bond advisory / dealing / product specialist
• Knowledge in credit analysis, risk management and compliance will be
• an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Bloomberg
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant, self-motivated and excellent communication skills
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
