Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing online channel development projects with the aim to deliver best-in-class product selection, features and usability
- Assist in manipulating online channel maintenance, support and operations tasks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project implementation and service launch
- Perform marketing research, assist to identify business potential and ensure channel quality assurance planning & execution for the best service quality and usability
- Assist to follow-up Online Banking related production problems
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, eBanking, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience on eBanking / Channel project management in sizable multi-national financial institutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with others to strike for excellence
- Keen interest in online technologies and trends
- Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements on eBanking
- Sound knowledge of banking products and operations will be an advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
