Responsibilities:

• Formulate innovative business model, commercial strategies & store concepts
• Establish strong network in the Beauty/Supermarket/Lifestyle Industry
• Develop impactful brand pitching presentation materials by using in-depth market analysis and consumer insights
• Explore and evaluate opportunities to create our brand portfolio as well as category/service offerings to expand customer base and increase profitability
• Hire and lead a dynamic team consisting of at least Buying, Sales & Operations, Marketing.
• Monitor all the store opening preparations and strives to have on-time opening according to company schedule
• Ensure smooth and effective daily operations after store opening and revisit the business model from time to time in order to refine up-to-date & profitable business.

 Requirement:

• University graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience while 2+ years in management role in Beauty/Supermarket/Lifestyle Industry
• Hands-on experiences in department store is highly preferred
• A self-starter with excellent communications skill, commercial sense, problem solving, analytical and presentation skill
• Creative in planning and concept formulation
• Passionate and good understanding about China retail market
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency of computer literacy
• Travel to Guangzhou is required
