Responsibilities:

l  Assisting daily operation of the clubhouse.

l  Greeting guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

l  Handling inquiries and customer feedback.

l  Answering telephone calls and taking messages.

l  Handling the order taking and serving of F & B area.

l  Serving and preparation of beverages.

l  Assisting in managing facilities in the yoga studio.

l  Ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements:

l  Applicants with customer service or hospitality background is an advantage.

l  Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are also welcome.

l  Cheerful personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

l  A good team player and be service oriented.

l  Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquiries.

l  Shift duty on Sunday and Public Holidays are required.

l  Candidates with more experience will be offered a senior post.
