Pret is growing and so is inviting experienced Property & Facility Management individuals with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience field to join our fun loving, energetic and passionate team in Hong Kong.

The Facility Management Executive - R&M supports the Director of Operations Asia and the Business Development & Partnership Manager whilst working with the Operations team to ensure that Pret’s existing estate is managed effectively and efficiently. 

The role will assume overall responsibility for the day to day maintenance of our shops. Also a large part of the role will be performing new shop handover process and ensuring our vendors delivery up to standard. The role will ensure all renewal process are on time in relation to internal renovations and licensing.  It also covers property cost areas such as rents, rates, service charges and insurance, whilst dealing with specific areas of property law.  

Key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Project Management
  • Facilitates Support
  • Communications with Contractors and Landlords 
  • Property Market Research

Essential skills are

  • 4 years of working experience in R&M with technical & facility management, from retail industry, preferably F&B sector
  • Problem solving and ability to work through complex issues
  • Ability to manage large projects through to completion
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint presentations
