Responsibilities:

• Confidence in liasing or coordinating with different End-users and vendors in Project follow up.
• Handling Project delivery to meet Customer requirement and ensure user satisfaction (include but not limited to task such as Project scope, budget, scheule/timeline).
• Attend and well record internal / external Project meetings.
• Work with team to coordinate administrative task and provide relevant support.
• Responsible for ad-hoc job tasks assigned by supervisors when necessary. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computing Science, Computer Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in Project Coordination or Management.
• Good knowledge and familiar with IT Technology.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure /tight schedule.
• Able to work independently and as a team. 
• Proficiency in communication (both Chinese and English) and Project Management.
