The System Operator / System Support will be responsible for supporting our IT services and applications. The responsibilities include system administration, housekeeping and script programming for automation of support tasks. The candidate will have an opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects, with both external clients and internal users.

The successful candidate must have the following credentials:

• F7 or above / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 0-1 year relevant working experience
• Knowledge in MS Windows platforms is advantage
• Basic knowledge in system administration, system backup and user support
• To perform daily helpdesk support, system operations, system monitoring, trouble-shooting and Incident handling
• Willing to work over-time, shift duty 7x24 and independently
