Responsibilities 

• Provide end-user support on both hardware and software
• Handle hardware, software and network trouble shooting
• Handle IT administration works, i.e. IT procedure drafting, maintain IT inventory/system & other service records etc.
• Participate in system implementation projects and coordinate testing and implementation activities
• Ensure project is running as planned by monitoring progress of individual project tasks to identify any deviations from the plan
• Prepare and update documentation on system setup, operation process and system manual

 Requirements 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Good troubleshooting skills and application knowledge in insurance systems is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
• Occasional travel to PRC is required (Shenzhen)
